Japanese Automotive Service is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team!
If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage incoming phone calls
- Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs
- Communicate between customers and technicians
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Maintain accurate repair orders and vehicle records
Qualifications:
- Automotive service advisor experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
