Japanese Automotive Service has provided quality automotive repair and exceptional customer service since June 2000. We have proudly served customers from our location in Historic Downtown Hilliard since 2006.

Our team members average more than 8 years of employment with Japanese Automotive Service. That experience and long-term commitment help us provide consistent service and build lasting relationships with our customers.
We also use Auto Serve One Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) with photos and technician notes, allowing you to see what we see and make informed decisions about your vehicle.
Serving Central Ohio Since 2000
Japanese Automotive Service opened in June 2000 at 3729 North High Street in Clintonville and became a NAPA AutoCare Center that same year.
In 2006, we moved to our current location in Historic Downtown Hilliard.
In 2019, we became the second NAPA Gold Certified AutoCare Center in Ohio.
For more than 26 years, we have continued investing in our technicians, equipment, technology, and community while remaining an independently owned local repair shop.
We are also proud to have been a Castrol Service Center since 2000.
