Our Business History

We have been in business since June 2000.  We started in a 1100 square foot building in Clintonville a unique area just north of downtown Columbus and OSU.   In September 2006 we moved to a 3500 square foot building located in the center of Hilliard Ohio.  In September 2011 we started our expansion of two additional bays.  We are located just seven miles west of Clintonville.  Hilliard is a Suburb of Columbus Ohio on the north west side.  Hilliard is located south of Dublin. 

Who We Are

Japanese Automotive Service, located in the city of Hilliard, takes quality and customer service seriously. Japanese Automotive Service is a NAPA AutoCare Center.  As a NAPA AutoCare Center, we follow a strict "Code of Ethics" so our customers will know up front what to expect.

As part of this code, Japanese Automotive Service pledges to perform high-quality diagnostic and repair services at a fair price. Our ASE-certified technicians use quality OEM and NAPA parts and are dedicated to customer service satisfaction.

Japanese Automotive Service specializes in Japanese makes and models. We provide detailed auto care / service / repair / maintenance for Honda's, Toyota's, Mazda's and Suziki's, as well as Acura, Lexus, Infiniti, Scion, Subaru, Nissan, Infiniti, Mitsubishi and Isuzu models. We also service American cars, vans, mini vans, SUV's and light trucks.

Call us to schedule an appointment. For your convenience, Japanese Automotive Service also provides a 24 hour towing service and can arrange for a rental car for $17 per day, ask for details.
